the meaning of a flower

I bought a new planner around New Years so I could keep track of all the dates before I left the US. Good for me. However, on todays date there is a flower. Oh! So abviously it means that today is the first day of spring.

Friday night in Sweden...

My only day off this week - spent it in my PJ's until 2pm when I took a shower :)

Went to see a movie this evening with 2 co-workers and after we went out for some food. A really nice night and it's fun to spend some time together outside the walls of Ikea!

Working 10.45am - 6.30pm this weekend. I'm happy I don't have a hard time to go to work tomorrow. And I hope I'll never get. But you never know. Things are changing

Just talked to Malou on the phone. I don't know what to say besides I miss her so much and want her back in Sweden. Love you, honey!! And I really hope you can join me in Linköping sooner or later....!

Tired after a weekend of working, but it was fun! Learned new stuff :)

And, tomorrow, my biggest fright. A dentist appointment..... Gaaaahhh!

a new career?

I substitute teached today at my old senior high... Oh My God! It feels like I have a hole in my head....! Stupid kids who don't shut up!! And if people think we were rude when I was that age, it's nothing compared to the kids today!

Perhaps I wasn't in my best mode. They called and woke me up at 7.15am and wanted me to start at 8am. Had no time to eat breakfast. Or to drink a cup of coffee. I was starving at noon....

Howie Day - Collide

365 days

It's exactly a year since I went to the Waterstreet Brewery with Liz and Dave and Eli. To celebrate Liz's birthday, wich is tomorrow!! I had a great time that night and it was the beginning of our great friendship!! I've just known these people for a year, but Liz is like a sister to me, we can talk about everything and she knows pretty much everything about me ;)

A busy week has passed, I've been busy with work. I happy for that, cos I don't have any work at all this week. No extra hours at all, this far. I really hope that will change...!

Went out with my friend Mia on Friday. We went to a friend of hers for some party, great time!
Worked all day Saturday, and when I got off work I went to my friend Daniel for some party. When we went down to the bars I run in to my friend Emelie. Havn't seen her for probably 1½ years. It was great to se her again! We were the best of friends when we were kids.....

And yesterday I went to se an other friend of mine. Havn't seen her for 1½ years eather. She worked in Spain in the fall of 2007, then I went to the US and now she's an au-pair in Switzerland. Long time, no seen.

I'm still in my PJ's... Have to take a shower... Gonna spend the evening with my friends Olov and Kristin, something we call "the Monday-Club". It's awesome!
